1. How much will it cost to ship my items to my house?
Nothing! We offer FREE Shipping within the Continental United States not including AK, HI, PR, P.O.Boxes, or APOs. Please view our Shipping Policy for more information.
2. How will my items be shipped to me?
Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer using FedEx Ground. All orders process within 3-5 business days of placing an order online.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We know you may have loved ones overseas that would enjoy our products, but currently, we only ship to the Continental US, not including AK, HI, PR, P.O.Boxes, or APOs.
4. How long will it take for my items to ship?
You've already placed your order, and can't wait to receive your items! Unlike our competitors, who can take up to 2-4 weeks to ship out their bean bags, we ship directly from the manufacturer.
Usual ship time is between 3-5 business days and you should be able to enjoy your item(s) within 10 business days!
5. Will I receive an order confirmation once I place my order?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Please check your Junk Mail/Spam Folder if you have not received it.
If you still don't see it, email customerservice@beanbagsco.com. We want you to receive your item and not worry about the delivery so we will get back to you as soon as we have an answer!
6. How do I track my order?
If you are a registered user, you can access your order history by logging into My Account. You can also track your order through Order Tracking. Once you place an order, you will be sent an email with tracking information once it has shipped.

7. What is the warranty on your items?
There is a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty on all items.

9. I'm confused. What is Microsuede?
Microsuede is used to describe faux suede material. It is more durable, long-lasting, and easier to clean than real suede, but without losing the "real suede" feel. It's perfect for everyday living areas.
